i hope our country will be like that in one day.....it depends on us....
but, i don't think our current gov could do that....just see recently happened disasters in two countries....we saw how the two govs reacted and took responsibility....
some ppl just compared the way they spoke as "soldier and politician"...no used...just do compare the way they do...
